Ensuring Our Success
To ensure our success, for this is a collaborative endeavor, we follow a five-step process, including:
- Assessment: We work closely with you to verify both the current state and desired state of your organization, as well as the needs, capabilities and responsibilities of those who will be participating
- Design and Development: We will collaborate on a Plan which includes Meeting Agenda, Action Plans and Follow-Up and Support
- Implementation: We will facilitate your meeting(s) professionally and responsibly, just as if we had an ownership stake in your organization
- Evaluation: We will facilitate meeting participants’ completing a Meeting Evaluation, in which they assess process and results
- Follow-Up and Support: Using the approach and methods described above, we remain with you until you tell us, loudly and clearly, that we have been successful
